The firm currently wish to recruit an assistant solicitor as part of the continued development of the family department, to supplement the current team and to exploit opportunities available. The department offers clients the full range of options to resolve relationship issues through the normal court process, mediation and collaborative practice, as well as dealing with children matters, pre-nuptial agreements, civil partnerships, etc. We wish to build on the strengths already offered in the department by bringing in a candidate with relevant experience in these areas and a particular interest in mediation would be useful.
Knowledge of the local market and contacts would be beneficial. A client following would be advantageous but not essential.
