An excellent opportunity has arisen at a niche family practice in the heart of Newcastle for a qualified Solicitor with a Private Client Background. Salary up to £ £50k + opportunity of Partner level with excellent remuneration package.
The Client: Our Client was established in the early 1700's and has since steadily expanded and built up an excellent reputation. Currently the firm are in the process of moving close to the heart of the city to cater for their Clients needs. The firm has always set high standards for itself and was one of the first firms in the North East to attain Lexcel, the Law Society's practice management quality mark
The Role: The successful candidate will be working within the Private Client department working on matters of Probate and tax planning for high net worth clients. The role would be to join a small department as a senior Associate/Partner to support the senior partner who is in the process of winding down the amount of time they spend working in the department. The role would suit a senior associate looking to become a partner or an associate with high ambitions and aptitude looking for an opportunity in a friendly , family firm which currently has 6 partners across 3 departments where your input can have a big impact on the business. The role will involve advising high net worth individuals on tax planning as well as networking, asking for referrals and marketing to continue to bring in new business.
