THE OPPORTUNITY
A brand new opportunity for a Family/Matrimonial lawyer to join this Legal 500 rated rated practice in Norwich.
They currently have a 3 strong team based in Ipswich and with definite plans for future growth they are looking for a senior associate/partner designate to join the ranks. The team have extensive experience in all aspects of divorce and relationship breakdown, both financial arrangements and issues involving children, along with experience in a number of other highly specialist areas, including Inheritance disputes, Cohabitation disputes, Child abduction & Domestic violence.
They are members of Resolution (previously known as the Solicitors' Family Law Association (SFLA)) and are committed to its conciliatory and constructive approach to disputes involving families. In addition, the lead partner is one of the country's first batch of lawyers trained in Collaborative Law - a unique method of dispute resolution (a form of lawyer based mediation) which has been developed over the past decade in the United States. He also sits on the National Steering Committee.
