Wirral Family and Child care specialists require an experienced Solicitor to join their team. Wirral Family and Child care specialists require an experienced Solicitor to join their team. Applicant will have a minimum of 3 years family/child care experience. Child panel membership is preferred but not essential. Candidates should be able to show experience or awareness of the requirements of Article 12 of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. Knowledge of Community Legal Service Funding Code, Rules, Regulations, Administration, and a working knowledge of the Franchise requirements according to the manual and current legislation are also required. The successful candidate will typically be representing Children and young people involved in family breakdown as well as being involved in maintaining the LSC franchise.
