We are looking for a Paralegal to deal with family law work including Divorce, Children matters, Financial issues and ideally someone who has some knowledge of Child Care matters. This person will mainly be giving support to a Family Law solicitor who is very experienced and will have responsibility for the matters generally
However the candidate must be able to run divorce files on their own and be able to help deal with the other areas (subject to supervision from the solicitor). The person will be smart, friendly and approachable as they will have a number of meetings with clients on their own. They will also attend Court hearings either before a District Judge or sat behind counsel.
