A unique opportunity for an experienced Family lawyer to join this Top 100 firm.
You will undertake a complex matrimonial and family caseload advising and representing high net worth individuals and dealing with ancillary relief matters, running complex divorce cases and Children Act/Inheritance Act claims.
Their family partners are experienced members of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) and can advise on the most appropriate way of trying to resolve any disputes that arise, whether by way of negotiation, mediation, collaborative practice or litigation.
They are looking for a family lawyer with 10+ years' pqe of conducting matrimonial work and be able to demonstrate experience of running cases and dealing with clients. Ideally you will be a family panel accredited member of Resolution, with excellent experience of ancillary matters a pre-requisite. Experience of supervising or managing more junior members of staff will be a distinct advantage.
