We are currently recruiting for a self motivated family solicitor to join this well established multi office law firm based in East London.
This exciting & challenging role is to enhance and expand on there current local presence as the leading law firm in the area. This role will be dealing with predominantly 50/ 50 publicly funded and private client work.
Applicants for this position will need:
·Solicitor with at least 2 year PQE.
·Have a good understanding of the legal aid system
.Panel membership an advantage.
·A sound employment record within this field of law.
·Willing to be a contact supervisor
Areas covered in the role:
·Divorce/separation.
·Cohabitation agreements and disputes.
·Civil Partnerships.
·Pre-marital agreements.
·Domestic violence.
·Finance, property and pensions.
·Children's matters including residence and contact.
·Care proceedings, fostering and adoption.
