EXCELLENT PROSPECTS
* This highly regarded Family Team are looking for a Solicitor to act for clients in all aspects of divorce and separation,
* To assist clients with all private law matters involving children,
* In addition, to work on resolutions to financial matters whether by negotiation or court adjudication.
* This role will also require the individual to advise clients on obtaining emergency relief from the courts and on complying with court orders and agreements relating to children and finances.
* Experience of preparation and drafting of pre-marital agreements will also be involved in the role.
To be successful you will have relevant experience of family work and an interest in matrimonial law.
