Our client is looking for an experienced family solicitor to take over an existing caseload and develop the business further. It is essential that the successful candidate is already a member of the Children's Panel as they will be required to take the lead on childcare matters. The firm holds a legal aid franchise with the Legal Aid / Private workload split approximately 60/40.
The firm has a very good reputation for this sort of work and is considered a market leader with excellent contacts with local authorities and Social Services.
You will have administrative support from an experienced paralegal and a full time secretary.
There are excellent partnership prospects for the future if this is what you want.
