Job Description

Childcare & Family Solicitor Hull - £35k - £50k Our client is looking for a solicitor with good experience of both public and private children's act matters to report directly into the head of the family law department. The successful candidate will have a passion for advocacy and will be looking for an opportunity to work on cases which include in particular public and private children law including Rule 9.5 appointments and to include the law relating to domestic violence, including contested injunctions and committal proceedings. It is essential you are member of the Law Society's Children's Accreditation scheme and it would be desirable for you to be an accredited specialist of resolution or advanced family law panel member. If you already have higher rights of audience this would be a boon however should you wish to obtain higher rights you will get full backing from this client.
