Leading law firm in Watford is looking for a Legal Executive/Paralegal within Tax, Trust and Probate
Duties Include:
• Drafting of wills;
• Meeting clients to arrange execution of wills;
• Managing own caseload;
• Assisting in marketing;
• Dealing with clients;
• Maintaining clients details on database.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years Paralegal experience, preferably within the Private Client Group of a good quality or regional firm. Previous experience of drafting wills is essential and you must also be experienced in dealing with clients both over the phone and face to face. Proven ability to work to strict timescales is needed and you must have a good academic background.
A clear and confident communicator is needed for this position and the ability to be patient, sympathetic and understanding to clients. A thorough and accurate eye for detail is required and an ability to develop strong client relationships.
