Are you a senior Family Lawyer with private high net worth experience in the full remit of divorce and the breakdown of relationships? Perhaps like other partners who have joined this thriving practice, you are currently London based and often wonder what it might be like if your life took a different path.....
Cotswolds based firm, highly profitable and very successful, seeks a dynamic lawyer interested in launching a private family department for the firm. There are lots of clients who can be tapped into but your networking and business development skills will be key to this role. The firm is interested in hearing from Senior Associate level candidates and Partners with the required skillset and foresight to enjoy a new challenge in this beautiful part of the world.
THE FIRM
Our client is a firm with a strong commercial and high net worth private client base in the heart of the Cotswolds. Small but perfectly formed they have around 30 people in all and excellent infrastructure, outstanding IT and support services. Their offices are beautiful and historic.
The firm is home to partners and assistants, many of whom have joined from London firms after realising that there is more out there! Their people are business minded and savvy, highly professional and "switched on", they are a genuinely freindly firm where the culture is relaxed and certainly laid-back when compared with large London firms. People here work hard because they want to and leave the office, going home to other interests and plenty of their "own" time.
