FAMILY LEGAL SECRETARY - ESSEX
High street Essex firm is currently looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy Family Department. This role will involve supporting the family team dealing with a mixed caseload of private and publicly funded work including divorce, separation, injunctions, financial settlements and childcare matters.
Responsibilities will include:
- audio and copy typing
- preparation of court documentation
- liaising with clients
- file and diary management
To be considered for this position, you will need to have good IT and keyboard skills, including audio typing speeds in excess of 60 wpm with a flexible, proactive and committed approach to your work. Previous experience of Family work (a minimum of 12 months UK experience) and a professional approach is essential for this role.
