A fantastic opportunity at a thriving law firm in Ashby-de-la-Zouch has arisen for an experienced Probate Solicitor/Filex. Salary up to £50k.
The Client: Our Client has been well established for o150 years, within this time they have built strong and lasting relationships with the community and businesses. As a medium sized firm they guarantee that all their Client's needs will be handled by professional with extensive experience within that particular field of law.
The Role: Candidates will be 2-3 yrs PQE within Probate law or equivalent. Candidates will be working with a wide range of cases and as the firm has an extensive Commercial client base successful candidates will be working with high net worth clients and will be expected to assist in cross-selling services (business development experience would be useful). Within the role candidates will be working closely with the Commercial Partner due to client cross-over. This opportunity is set in a beautiful rural location, perfect for those wishing to avoid the daily commute to the city! Our Client takes pride in their staff with all the Partners having a background in highly reputable, city centre Legal 500 firms.
Candidates will be expected to have 2-3yrs experience in Wills & Probate with experience in Taxation and Trusts & Estates being desirable. Successful candidates will be team players with excellent time management, organisational and communication skills.
