MATRIMONIAL SOLICITOR - WEST MIDLANDS
A Matrimonial/Family Solicitor is required by a modern, well established, progressive law firm who is on the family law panel and the children's panel. The caseload will be a mixture of Divorce, Separation Agreements, Financial & Property matters arising from Divorce or Relationship breakdown, Disputes involving children's residence, contact and maintenance Pre-nuptial & Cohabitation Agreements Domestic violence Cohabitee Disputes including same sex couples. Salary is commensurate on experience
