This highly regarded East Yorkshire Practise have an exciting opportunity within their Family department.

The department is one of the largest in the area and handles a mixture of both Public and Private funded matters for a varied client base. The department also comprises accredited members of Resolution and those active in collaborative law.

The successful candidate will be a strong and willing advocate with demonstrable experience of running a public funded family Law caseload so those candidates with more than 3 years PQE are encouraged to apply.

The caseload has a bias towards Legal Aid funded matters and Children's Law so experience and interest in both will be particularly attractive to the Firm and if you are not already a member, gaining panel membership will fully encouraged.

Essential criteria also includes a current and valid drivers' licence, excellent advocacy and client care skills and membership of the Law Society's Children Accreditation scheme.
