Family Solicitor Chesterfield Up to £30k Our client is a niche law firm specialising in Family law - mostly publicly funded work. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and passionate lawyer with the ability to grow their own caseload and work well with clients. Duties will include managing your own caseload of publicly funded work, building caseload by a combination of existing contacts, cross-selling to existing clients of firm, attending local networking events, presenting seminars, writing articles etc and preparing all details for court hearings etc. Candidates must have previous Family law experience and be a competent advocate.
