You will be a Solicitor or FILEX with experience of attending court on a daily basis. Based at one of the firms branch offices you will lead the small team taking on a mixed caseload of private and publicly funded work including representing parents in care proceedings. The caseload can encompass: Divorce, Children, Separation and Financial Matters, Domestic Violence, Harrassment and Injunctions, Change of Name and Adoption. The firm is committed to continuing with Legal Aid in family matters.
