FAMILY SOLICITOR - SOUTH EAST LONDON - LB7612
Southeast London based Law firm actively seeks a Family Law Solicitor to deal with a mixed caseload of private and publicly funded clients. the Ideal candidate will live in the Southeast London area.
The caseload includes -
- Marriage break down
- Co-habitation- advising on co-habitation disputes including the legal ownership of property and financial settlements for children.
- Domestic violence advise on and obtaining immediate protection for clients at risk of domestic violence, and all other related issues, protecting home and children.
- Children issues - advising on private law children disputes involving contact, residence, parental rights, removal from jurisdiction and also in relation to public law children disputes which involve social services,and child protection issues.
