Ideally you will have 2+ years experience in private family law, all work undertaken is privately funded and the caseload is a varied and interesting mix. Specialising in high value, complex, financial claims arising on divorce or under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 you will deal primarily with ancillary relief, divorce and children act matters. This is a truely rare role and one not to be ignored.
