Family Matrimonial Solicitor Job/ 3+ PQE / West End / London
Our client is one of the leading Private Client Practices in the West End. They currently have an exciting job vacancy for a Family Solicitor to join their team.
The successful candidate will act for clients in all aspects of divorce and separation, assist clients with all private law matters involving children, and work on resolutions to financial matters whether by negotiation or court adjudication.
The role will also require the individual to advise clients on obtaining emergency relief from the courts and on complying with court orders and agreements relating to children and finances. Preparation and drafting of pre-marital agreements will also be involved in the role.
The successful candidate will have at least three year relevant experience of family work and a particular focus on matrimonial law. Good academics and experience of dealing with high net worth clients are a pre-requisite for this role.
