CAMBRIDGE: this 3 partner, 4 solicitor matrimonial team requires the addition of a Legal Executive. You will manage a caseload encompassing the full gamut of matrimonial matters, such as divorce / ancilllary relief, injunctive relief and private and public law Children Act (1989) matters. You will also manage cases from both public and private funding streams, but the majority of your work will be privately funded. The firm is the home of a leading corporate and commercial practice and many referrals of monied clients stem from this source. To attract the calibre of Legal Executive that will add further expertise to this already recondite team, a very enticing salary and benefits package is potentially on offer.
