With a very definite plan of future growth on the cards, this established team is looking to bolster its practice with the appointment of a family lawyer to undertake a range of excellent quality work.
They have a lengthy experience and specialism in financial claims both in divorce and cohabitee cases - including complex cases involving high net worth or the division of large shareholdings in family businesses or land. They also have a wide experience and expertise in solving children's issues both in private and public law proceedings.
The team consists of two Partners and seven qualified solicitors, including members of the Law Society Family Law Panel, Resolution and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
