Wills Writing Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: £28,000 - £50,000
A Wills Manager or Senior Solicitor is required to join a successful Wills department. Your role will be to manage the department and grow the team inline with company objectives. Our client will provide an excellent benefits scheme and free parking with this role.
Responsibilities:
Manage SLA's and KPI's
Act as a referral point for team leaders and trainees
Play a key role in the development of the department; Product Development and Marketing
Conduct regular 1-2-1 and team training sessions
Skills:
Previous experience of running a Wills Team or a Legal Practice is desired
Ability to explain complex contracts
STEP Diploma Course completed and registered as a TEP or willingness to obtain would be beneficial
