Our Client has offices in Bristol and North Somerset with 135 staff, including 85 lawyers of whom 12 are partners. A large team of IT, Accounts, HR and Marketing professionals support our client's legal teams.
Our client currently seeks a Solicitor to join their Family Team based in Bristol on a part-time basis to a maximum of 16 hours per week.
The role involves 100% privately funded work and the ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of Family Law matters and be able to work with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
This position will involve dealing with a wide range of Family Law issues to include ancillary relief, cohabitation disputes, divorce and dissolution, children, pre-marital and living together agreements and deeds of separation.
The ideal candidate will be required not only to provide advice to clients on the best legal action available to them, but also to contribute to practice development.
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
