A busy Birmingham law firm is currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary with a background in Matrimonial law to join their friendly team. Salary up to £15k.
The Client: Our client is a suburban branch of a successful and thriving Legal 500 firm. This branch specialises in mostly Private matters including Wills and Probate, Conveyancing and Matrimonial matters.
The Role: Applications are currently being accepted by candidates who have undertaken a similar role for a minimum of year in addition to being accustomed to handling a busy Matrimonial workload. The successful candidate will undertake a variety of duties at our clients Ward End office including: audio/copy typing of legal documents, diary and file management, handling customer queries, faxing and all other duties as necessary. Candidates must be IT literate with a minimum typing speed of 60Wpm and must be experienced within Matrimonial law!
This role will best suit candidates who are enthusiastic, team players and are willing to learn and develop. Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner are also essential. Salary up to £15k, to vary depending upon experience.
