An expanding Family law team at a city centre Legal 500 firm are seeking a qualified Family Law Solicitor or FILEX with 5 years post-qualification experience or equivalent. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, passionate lawyers with the ability to grow their own caseload and work well with high net worth clients. Mediation and collaborative law experience would be beneficial.
Duties will include:
Managing your own caseload of private matrimonial matters i.e. ancillary relief, divorce
Building caseload by a combination of existing contacts, cross-selling to existing clients of firm, attending local networking events, presenting seminars, writing articles etc
Preparing all details for court hearings etc
Acting as mentor for less experienced colleagues
