An opportunity to develop an existing department. Our client is an established firm with offices in the Midlands and further afield.
The Redditch family team currently consists of two lawyers. A department head is needed to steer the team in a new direction to focus on privately funded work.
Good marketing and business development skills are needed for this role in order to maximise the potential of the department. Partnership prospects await an individual with the skills to build a successful team.
