PLANNING SOLICITOR - WEST MIDLANDS
Niche practice providing legal expertise in the fields of public and local government law seek experienced Planning Solicitor with at least 5 years + PQE within a planning context to deal with areas such as Town & County planning, highways, drainage, environmental law, public heath and regulation, compulsory purchase and compensation for acquisition of public schemes and applications for statutory or judicial review. Will be responsible for running own caseload. Advocacy experience in public enquiries, hearings and magistrates courts essential. Experience of lecturing or presentation would be useful as would public sector experience. Will be involved with marketing and with staff supervision. Methodical working, attention to detail and flexibility are essential as are good communication skills. An excellent opportunity to make your mark within this specialised area of law.
