Our client is looking to recruit a planning solicitor to join the team based in Stoke-on-Trent.
The firm have a very strong reputation in property and planning and due to an upturn in instructions they require an additional planning solicitor. The department undertake matters including:
*Drafting and negotiating planning agreements
*Preparing, negotiating and obtaining planning permission
*Conducting planning appeals
*Objections and monitoring
*Enforcement
*Judicial Review
You will have gained relevant experience with a leading private practice law firm or within local authority. You will also have strong commercial acumen and be prepared to become involved in the marketing of the department.
