Environment and/or Health and Safety Legal Specialist - Bristol Are you at a crossroads in your career? Do not know which road to take? If so then read on. Their continuous growth and success has mainly been attributed to their focus on two key aspects of the business; their clients and their people. The successful candidate will be joining the Environment, Health and Safety Group handling contentious and non-contentious environment, health and safety and food law matters. Responsibilities will include running prosecutions and defences for clients, advising corporate bodies and providing an advisory service to clients on regulatory matters. We would like to hear from Solicitors with litigation and regulatory experience, a background in criminal prosecution/defence matters and an interest in Health and Safety; or qualified and experienced Health and Safety Practitioners, who may not necessarily be qualified in law.
