Legal 500 firms with national reputation is looking to expand its planning team. They require an additional solicitor with at least 12 months planning experience to work alongside a senior team member on behalf of a range of clients including local authorities, development agencies, developers and corporate clients.
Your role will be varied and you can expect to be working on behalf of both authorities and applicants, as well as some corporate support work and inter-departmental advice within the firm.
The successful applicant will not only be able to demonstrate an interest in this area of law, but also have a desire to be involved in the promotion and marketing of the team and firm in order to build existing and new client relationships.
