Planning Solicitor Our client is currently looking for a Junior- mid level planning solicitor to join their Nottingham property development team. You will be expected to be a motivated, commercially astute and ambitious solicitor with strong academics and personal commitment to achieving goals and self-development. The successful candidate will also be expected to assist lawyers with complex transactions and contracts and the provision of marketing support such as writing copy, presenting seminars, therefore, you must be prepared to take on increasing levels of responsibility. You must also, ·Have knowledge of inquiry/appeal process as it relates to planning ·Be able to provide in-house support to public sector clients by way of secondment opportunities. ·Be able to "work both sides of the fence" for applicants and authorities.
