Planning & Highways locum, North West
A forward thinking local authority in the North West is looking for an experienced locum to assist on a planning and highways caseload.
The ideal candidate will be required to provide sound and constructive advice and assistance to Members and any Directorate of the Council, primarily relating to planning and highways matters, but to include such other matters as the post holder may be assigned from time to time. You may be required to:
1- represent the Council at Courts, Tribunals and Inquiries.
2- attend and advise Council meetings and Committees as required.
3- represent the Council on appropriate Working Groups and other corporate groups.
4- provide training for Members and any Directorate of the Council and/or Council partner as required
