Take on the lead planning role at this ambitious, entreprenurial and fast growing highly commercial law firm. It now seeks to enhance its service delivery to its real estate clients by offering specialist planning advice from its City office.
Now with a successful commercial property team of five partners in London, including a recent lateral hire from another City firm, our client seeks to appoint its first planning partner to its London office.
You should have a strong track record in this area and be able to advise on all manner of planning work. In addition you can expect to receive additional instructions directly form some of its regional offices. Combined with your own contacts you will be pretty busy and face some quality, challenging work. As important will be your ability to work closely with your partner colleagues and enthuse and get buy-in from clients.
