Their predominant work stream is advising on a number of major brownfield mixed-use regeneration schemes in the London Boroughs of Barnet, Hackney, Lambeth, Lewisham and Tower Hamlets, including a 27 storey landmark tower project in Deptford. They pride themselves on the level of service they provide and feel they can out perform most city firms in this regard. The role involves picking up on an exisiting burdgeoning caseload and expanding upon it, working closely with their exisiting client base and pushing forward.
