Our client is a market leader in Planning and they have a fantastic opportunity for a Planning Solicitor to join their team. Working on a mixture of planning and environment, with the possibility to specialise within just planning this is not an opportunity to be missed.
Your work will include Planning advice and negotiations, inquiry work, agreements and CPOs, brown land and town centre development work, including TWA related work. High levels of responsibility will be available and the successful candidate will quickly run their own caseload with appropriate supervision. Successful candidates must have Planning and Environment experience, ideally within a local authority or utility sector.
This is a chance for someone to develop their own practice and clients and the chance for someone to get actively involved with some of the most exciting projects around right now.
