This property and corporate orientated mid-sized firm has a structural need for a planning and environment specialist to take a lead in this part of the practice. Collegiate, stable, busy, profitable and a little conservative; this will not suit everyone but will suit a committed partner who loves the subject and wants a real career with like-minded individuals. This is an important role for the firm and they are willing to invest in this for the right candidate.

The property practice advises individual and corporate clients on the acquisition or disposal of freehold and leasehold premises and the many other aspects of property ownership and occupation. They represent a wide range of UK developers and property investors and advise at all stages from site acquisition and finance through to the final sale or letting of the accommodation, whether office, retail, industrial, leisure or residential. Construction and property finance are also strengths.
