SALARY: £ VERY ATTRACTIVE. If you are a rare breed, a Legal Executive with experience in public and private law environmental matters, this pre-eminent firm would like to hear from you. You will represent a broad-base of clients, including ad hoc residents' groups, QUANGOs and developers whose building schemes will suffer (or have suffered) diminution due to the activities of others. You caseload will be an interesting combination of tortious and judicial review matters, as well as making representations to planning committees and tribunals. A knowledge of the legal redress available for land contamination would also auger well, but is by no means essential to your ultimate chances of success.
