One of the biggest and most successful law firms in the UK is currently seeking Projects Lawyers with 3 years + PQE to join their Birmingham Projects Group. Our client is an international law firm with over 280 partners and a total of 1000 lawyers world-wide, providing a full range of corporate and commercial services. This firm ranks amongst the top 100 law firms globally.
The Projects Group specialises in advising Government, authorities, sponsors, contractors and financial institutions in the carrying out and financing of PPP/PFI and other major projects both in the UK and internationally.
The Birmingham team is the market leader in public sector and PPP work, and are involved in cutting edge developments, in regeneration vehicles and Property PPP structures. They are looking to enhance their team with individuals who would like to be part of the development of these new forms of PPP.
The successful candidates will ideally have gained experience in a City firm or large regional practice. They will be team players with a strong client focussed approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
This is a unique opportunity to utilise a broad range of skills and expertise. A working knowledge of the formation of Corporate Joint Venture Vehicles is preferable, as is experience of PPP.
