PLANNING ASSOCIATE SOLICITOR - BIRMINGHAM
Please be advised of new and exciting opportunity within a Built Environment Group (Planning Team). They are looking for a Lawyer to be based out of our Birmingham office. The successful candidates will ideally have gained broad planning experience working within the public sector, including work on regeneration projects.
The team handle regional and national planning projects including major infrastructure, urban regeneration and utilities projects. The team also has substantial experience in compulsory purchase, rating and obtaining planning permissions, together with judicial and High Court appeals against planning decisions
