The firm has a national Environment practice comprising 3 partners, 10 assistants and a PSL and the team works on behalf of an impressive roster of waste, renewables, energy and utilities clients as well as major private sector corporates like IDI, Nestle, Siemens and Johnson services. A further client and deal list is available on request!
The firm seeks a an Environment lawyer who has at least 3 years pqe to join their successful Birmingham Planning & Environment team. Ideally from a recognised regional practice or established City Environment practice, you'll inherit a challenging caseload of stand-alone environmental work as well as providing support on both corporate and property deals. Litigation experience is not necessary but would be welcome.
