Immediately inheriting an excellent caseload you'll advise a number of clients including applicants and authorities across a broad range of planning issues including: - Full spectrum of planning law matters, planning process and policy. - Including compulsory purchase and highways matters. - Drafting Section106 agreements and enforcement notices - Deal with inquiry and appeal process as it relates to planning You will be encouraged to manage client relationships quickly and become a key asset in the development of the client base, with particular focus on existing public sector clients of the firm. You will be very much part of a team in particular assisting the needs of the property department and support requirements from elsewhere within the firm, for example on corporate acquisitions/disposals. The firm is keen to develop the planning team as one of the growth areas so good presenting and marketing skills will be an advantage, this is a very proactive role so if you are enthusiastic planning lawyer who is keen to enhance their personal profile then you should seriously consider this attractive position.
