This is a fantastic chance to work with a leading team with a recognised reputation in this area of work. Their clients are commercial and progressive and expect the same of their lawyers and you will have every opportunity to show initiative and work closely with some high profile clients. Disciplinaries, discrimmination and managing restructuring redundancy cases will make up a proportion of your caseload but there are also the clients looking for you to provide general employment advice and get involved in developing HR policies and best practice.
