Due to continuing success our prestigious client is seeking to recruit an additional Employment Solicitor with at least 1-3 years PQE based in Bristol. Key Tasks and Duties: You will have your own high quality but varied caseload and will work closely with the partners and other team members. The work is split as follows: Advising on unfair dismissal and discrimination tribunal claims. Helping employers manage issues in the workplace such as disciplinaries, grievances and redundancies. Providing employment law support in corporate deals and outsourcing contracts, contract drafting and client training. All team members are encouraged to assist in marketing and know how initiatives. The ideal candidate: Candidates will have between 1-3 years experience as a qualified solicitor in employment law. Candidates should: Enjoy working in a team-based environment. Have strong client handling skills and be able to instill client confidence. Have an enthusiasm for employment law but the ability to give advice in a commercial context. Have an excellent academic background. Come from a City or large Regional law firm with well recognised employment expertise. Have substantial experience of advising large (1000 employees plus) private sector employers.
