My client is a small, well known Law Firm in York with a modern approach, embracing current technological resources.

They have an immediate need for an Employment Solicitor with demonstrable experience, to join the existing 3 man team, acting as a Senior presence alongside the Head of Department.

This is also an excellent opportunity to gain further experience of leading a team as you will be given responsibility of heading the department while the existing head is on maternity.

Ideally you will have at least 4 years PQE and experience of both Respondent and Claimant work in a similar sized firm and environment. The caseload is mixed and diverse and covers all aspects of the discipline so adaptability and a flexible approach to your work will be viewed extremely favourably.

The maximum salary on offer is £40,000 for the ideal candidate and you will benefit from being a vital part of a close knit, friendly and down to earth firm with a refreshing approach to technological resources.
