Employment Solicitor - 2-4 years PQE - Leeds

The successful applicant will join the Employment team advising public and private sector employers on human resource issues including contract and policy, procedure review, drafting, redundancy, contractual variation and restructuring exercises, TUPE, handling disciplinary and grievance issues, Employment disputes, including breach of contract, unfair dismissal and discrimination complaints in the Tribunal and civil courts.
Within the role you will handle both contentious and non-contentious matters and take part in and initiate marketing and network activities.
