My client provides employment law and health and safety services to a prestigious client base and currently has a requirement for an experienced Employment Advocate to manage tribunals in the Northern region including Leeds, Sheffield and Newcastle.
The successful candidate will provide advice on a range of employment issues and will draft ET3s, negotiate settlements and attend tribunals.
To be successful in this role you will be a confident communicator with a track record of conducting Employment tribunals. Good negotiation skills are also essential.
The role is based from home with secretarial support provided by the firm's head office. Home based office equipment including laptop, printer, fax, mobile etc will be provided.
There is an excellent salary and benefits package which includes a car or car allowance.
