This small commercial firm is looking for an experienced employment practitioner to help to further develop an existing practice. You will ideally have at least 3 years' experience of handling your own employment caseload and will be confident in a client facing role involving business development and marketing.
The firm is based in the Black Country and has a strong reputation and good links with local business clients. Offering services to both business and private clients, the firm offers services in areas including commercial litigation, commercial property and personal injury.
Employment work with the firm is currently overseen by an associate and advice is offered to business clients and private individuals. The firm is hoping to expand its employment services offering, and is looking for a candidate that can assist in the continued development of the practice.
