The Employment Department of this well respected firm is working at over full capacity. Acting for a range of local, regional, national and international clients, the team offers advice on all aspects of contentious and non contentious employment law and is perceived to be at the cutting edge of this challenging area of law.
An opportunity has arisen for an additional solicitor to share in the success. You will have at least three years post qualification experience, ideally working with respondents and be able to advise on inter alia:-
*drafting contracts, policies and procedures
*restructures and TUPE's
*tribunal claims of all types
*disciplinaries and grievances
*trade unions and industrial relations
As well as having sound technical skills, you will be a strong advocate and be able to demonstrate strong commercial awareness as well as the ability to offer you clients practical easy to understand advice.
